If you can't get her to a vet, then there isn't anything you can do. Wait until your parent's get home and have them take you.

DO NOT force the cat to eat. Just monitor her condition and wait it out until you can actually get her to the vet.

You are on the internet, you can google 'help with vet bills'.

At the VERY least you can phone your vet and ask what to do to help her. Ask about giving 1/4 tablet of Pepcid A/C (the ONLY cat safe one) to help with the vomiting. You're far from helpless on this.

You can also phone your local shelter and ask about low income vet care. You can also arrange payments with your vet and pay a little a month.

Siamese live over 20 years most of the time. I've got one that turned 21 in March.

It sounds like your cat really does need to get to the vet. I understand that can be hard to manage; I went through a very similar situation with my kitten a few months ago. If you can possibly get the cat to the vet, any way at all, do it. In the meantime, one thing you can try is pineapple juice. I know that sounds odd, but bear with me. Hairballs can get stuck in cats' stomachs, and cause them to throw up without actually being able to vomit the hairball. Feeding your cat pineapple juice can help dissolve the hairball and make it easier to digest. You need to pay attention to what color and consistency the vomit is - you can tell a lot about what's happening to the cat by that. If it's waste colored, get your cat to the vet NOW. That usually means there's a blockage somewhere in the cat's system causing everything to back up, and this can be quickly fatal. Is there blood in it? That's another HUGE problem. You can look up online what different colors and consistencies in vomit mean.

you need to see a vet, even if money is tight. ask someone, even a neighbour, to borrow you some money until your parents come home. and if you don't have a car, ask someone for a ride or call a taxi.

the kitty is your responsibility and not providing her medical attention when she obviously needs it is animal abuse...

another option is to call your vet and explain your situation and see if they will allow you to pay the vet bill at a later date. and maybe your vet even has the option of house visits, so that might eliminate your need for a car.
