You need some form of support, either through yourself or doctor. There are medications that may be safer for pregnancy such as lamotrigine, you generally should wait until after the first trimester. They are only used if you feel like the benefits of controlling your bipolar disorder outweigh the potential risks of the medication, and they will if you are having a lot of symptoms.
Before you get to the medication, I would try some meditation exercises, maybe yoga. Nothing too stressful on the body, they can help you maintain stability.
