Phd. online at a brick and mortar school. Is it possible? Where?

Is there any university in the US where you can obtain a Phd in Information Technology? I know the for profit schools offer it but I have been unable to find a school that is not considered a for profit school where it can be done online. Is there such a school?

    Sorry, not possible. Any PhD that is worth the time and effort will require you to actually show up for 4+ years and earn the degree.
