Would this be a good plot? Does it sound interesting to you?
Okay sooo...this is loooong but..yeah..random idea after watching Wanted :L
Kole and Kale are the main characters; they're twins. When they're just eight years old, their parents are wrongly accused/ imprisoned for mass murder. The twins are sent to live with family in South America. Everything seems normal, they somehow realize they have some sort of powers. Months later they're kidnapped, and recruited into some sort of Fraternity of assassins and are then trained up to be the best of the best. By the time they've finished training, 8 and a half years has passed. With their new found strength and abilities, they set out to find the real culprit who put their parents in jail by investigating all the clues of the murder, breaking into police stations for evidence they otherwise wouldn't be able to see yadda yadda..and basically following where the mystery leads them. People protecting the Fraternity try to kill them along the way, which is were their assassin skills will come in handy. They soon discover that their parents were once members of the same Fraternity they were trained by, and that they are the ones responsible for their parents imprisonment. They go back to South America to kill the Fraternity. With everyone out of the way, they now have to go and break their parents out of jail, only to be told they were killed in a prison riot, and now they too will be jailed as they weren't as careful as they ought to have been whilst going around killing people... :3
And yes, this is inspired by Wanted... :/ :D

You might be an pleasant author, however I would not learn it for the reason that it is approximately a vampire. I'm sorry however I are not able to assume a vampire, a couple of mins after sucking the blood of an blameless little one, feeling a sense of affection or accountability towards her prey. However that is simply an opinion, such as you desired, and it is just approximately the plot. You might write a booklet so superbly that the plot won't make any change to a couple and they're going to keep up all nights to learn it. Nevertheless, I would not have selected this plot.

It is interesting, but why would the Fraternity train people and then try to kill them or get them put in jail? Everything would have to be very well reasoned out, or people would wonder why the Fraternity was attempting to destroy its own members. From the Fraternity's point of view, why did it make sense to train people just to end up having to kill off more experienced people who are harder to kill? Also, how do assassin skills help stop them from being killed? Knowing how to sneak around unnoticed or kill people in the night does not really help when someone is about to kill you. I guess you could say their reflexes might help or trained hearing or something, but it would be more of a stretch than if they had been trained as something else and learned useful skills.

It's an idiot plot, I'm afraid.
What's an idiot plot? One where all the characters except the protagonists have to be idiots in order to have your protagonists do everything which matters. In your case, one where everyone else sits around for the best part of a decade failing to solve a murder, while two kids "soon discover" exactly what is going on.
