okay so i have a question about laundry soap?
for babies clothes. I know that dreft is a good one to use but it is super expensive so I was wondering has anyone used the All free and clear laundry soap. I think that's what its called anyway.

Just use what you use and if it irritates then do a second wash. Really, no reason to purchase special laundry soap these days, what we have washes out well.
Source(s): Three babies, two with eczema, one with really bad eczema and psoriasis, no big deal (laundry soap did nothing to help or worsen their skin). - Anonymous10 years ago
All free and Clear is what I use only now I'm using the one with Oxy included
*The reason why I went with that is because my husband has eczema so I figured why not use detergent that the whole family can use? Dreft is a waste and only out for marketing purposes.

I say don't buy into that stuff unless the baby is having a reaction to it. I NEVER bought special laundry soap ever and my son is just fine.
You can try the All free and clear (that is what it's called), but seriously there is no reason to buy the special soap unless your baby is breaking out.

Anything free of scents and dyes is fine. I use All Free & Clear. Dreft actually has a fragrance and some babies do react to it.

Someone gave me a box of baby detergent which I used until it was gone and then promptly started washing my son's clothes with mine. For the first time I washed just one sleeper to test to make sure he didn't react, he didn't, and I've used regular soap ever since. You won't wash your clothes in baby soap and your baby will touch your clothes so really, it's just a waste of money. Go ahead with the regular soap... it's just fine!

No i do no longer think of that's a powerful thought. merely like universal dish cleansing soap, it would foam up and destroy dishwasher. Plus it may positioned a action picture on your dishes which could lead them to no longer in effective condition for human intake off of. you will discover much less costly dishwasher cleansing soap on sale and not spend extra then a $one million.50. Plus you wont could problem.

there is no major difference.
all are just marketing tricks to make more money.
some cheap and some more expensive to get more money in the name of child, pregnancy and safety with minor variation.
