End of the World.......Again?

Well, once again I missed it. Rev. Harold Camping had me convinced that his calculations were right on the money this time. Is there anyone around we can trust to have the straight scoop? Maybe the Mayans?

    He's old. lol

Mr. Herring, I have been telling people about why he is wrong, I guess you missed it. Luckily I save some of my responses so that I can paste them when the subject comes up. So . . .

I'm looking for two main events:

    1) The formation of the 10 toed kingdom from Daniel 2, which is the same as the 4th Beast of Daniel 7, which is the same as the Beast which rises out of the Sea in Revelation 13. Without that kingdom, Antichrist wont come, and with no Antichrist, no rapture, and with no rapture, no Great Tribulation.

    2) The finishing of the reconstitution of Israel. Some say it's already happened, so they are thinking that they can pick dates for the rapture. But it's not a fulfilled prophecy yet. It's true that the stick of Judah from Ezekiel 37 is there, right where God said they would be. But the tribes of the north; "Joseph / Ephraim and those tribes associated with them," they have not come yet. They have to be a numerous people who come out of a land their ancestors had gone to, NOT Jews like the other stick (Judah), but a people who aren't known to be Jews, yet kin because they are the Hebrew descendants of those northern tribes of Israel. Until they return, we cannot have the prophesies concerning the 144, 000 take place, because the 144, 000 are supposed to spring from them AFTER the reconstitution of those two "sticks." Until then, none of what Revelation says about Israel can come true.

In the year 1000, the orthodox Christians responsible for calculating the calender did not bother, 1001 being 'The Millenium' when Christ would return and all would end.

The Mayans were amazing, but never calculated longitude. Maybe rely on those who know a little more about math and celestial mechanics?

Then, to keep your adrenaline up, there is that worrisome Urban Myth maybe fact of NASA's suppressed report / projection regarding the Planet Nibiru.... Just type in "Nibiru" in the YouTube search window and TONS will come up - much is 'suppressed' and you will have to 'join' or 'sign up' to some such or the other to 'really be in on the know.' They all say 'our governments know' and the heads of state and wealthy have already taken steps to survive while the rest of the planet is wiped out.

I don't don't know what at what mark 'high enough' ground is, so if you are making plans, for most it will include a long move....

And, personally, I don't think any deities of any sort have anything to do with it.

    Best regards.

unhappy, yet yeah it particularly is like Suicidal pronounced...i can not take care of distinctive viewings of unhappy video clips so i'm going to pass back to ones that make me happy. If I have been you i might write a satire. those for me, in my view, constantly have some type of effect on me. a depressing comedy perhaps? something it is humorous yet scarily unhappy on the comparable time (think of: Dr. Strangelove). because of the fact, properly...the flaws that scare us the main finally end up being the funniest. BQ: Shawshank or Amelie BQ2: Grave of Fireflies or Pan's Labyrinth

Maybe, if you just ignore the idiots trying to make stuff up for attention, you will figure out that no matter when the world ends, you can't stop it. So just keep living your life to the fullest and worry about that stuff

PRE EDIT: http://www.bibleandscience.com/otherviews/camping.... looks like a good read on the subject, an interview and conclusions.

    Original Post:

Harold Camping is not ordained in any church, he is not a reverend just to correct your error.

... his are too many to correct.

Pity that, because Family Radio had some very good non-familiy radio produced programming back in the day. (Pre 1994).

Source(s): Matt. 24 36"But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only. 37 For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, 39and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 40Then two men will be in the field; one will be taken and one left. 41 Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one left. 42Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. 43 But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into. 44Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect. Nobody knows the date. "Tom" - a contributor here - writes a very sensible thought:

"... no matter when the world ends, you can't stop it. So just keep living your life to the fullest and don't worry about that stuff!"

    Best regards, Jack!

I don't believe in that stuff the end of the World can only come if we run out of resources for life and that won't happen soon

I doubt it. I bought front row seats for the end of the world last time....what a waste of money.
