What is this guy thinking?!.. Help?

Right.. so we've finally got together after the amount of time i've liked him for. Anyway.. he split with his ex about 3/4 months ago, and we've been seeing eachother for like 3 months but we're not together. Anyway, within that time.. He's told me he really likes me and will end up being with me eventually, but he jus does not want a relationship just yet because he still slightly loves his ex. I don't get him because he takes me out for things to eat, and i always go to his house. I've met his brother, his mother and hung around with his cousin. He even told his brother that i was his new woman. He even said to me the other day that i am his young lady but its just not offical yet. Arghh its driving me mad! Help lol. What does he want? Do you think he's just using me, or do u think he really wants to be with me deep inside.
