Why isn't any of the mythical stuff in the bible happening anymore?

Non of that is possible, if not the sun (it's stationary) but we stopped orbiting, the sun's gravitational pull will pull us toward it and all life on earth will die a slow and agonizing death...snakes cannot talk they do not have a voice box, and unfortunately zombies are not real, bones cannot gain life, they are bones, walking on water is not possible for humans because we are not adapted to counteract the surface tension, killer whales can and have eaten people but they will obviously die, trees are not magical. I will not make fun of you because its normal for little kids to want to believe in these things, you grammar is very good for a child though...well that's it hope I get best answer :3.

do atheists think they can say any old quip and hope it makes sense? Science isn't preventing anything, it's not like scientists are these super beings holding back the miracles of the bible for springing forth into this modern generation. People have pretty distinctly noticed this stuff not happening for quite a while now, scientist or not. Silly atheists.

God used miracles to offer proof of his interest in human affairs and to strengthen faith. He gave Moses special powers to convince the Israelites that his message came from God.

These special powers ceased to operate when the whole of the Bible was written.

M't:24:7: For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

M'r:13:8: For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

Lu:21:11: And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

It does still happen, you just refuse to see it!
