My friend really wants to move away from her mean grand parents?

Her g-paretns are really super christian and strict. shes homeschooled and i'm her only friend besides her sister (younger and also lives with the g-parents) they yell at her alot and are really strict. i know i sound like a whiny teen complaining about strict parents, but i eman like their mean to her and too strict. she wont give me exact details. and im like 97% sure its not phisical abuse and im positive its not sexual. but its verbal and emotional. so im asking if she can legaly move in with her mom when shes 16 without her g-parents consent? Please help us.

she originaly had to leave her mom from abuse but her mom is awsome now and dumped the old guy and that was like 10 years ago

Teens complain on a regular basis if and when they don't get their own way. she is so very lucky to have thes people in her life.

If she screws this up she will go to regular foster care and be moved out of that area. Hopefully she wakes up before it's too late.
