Can you walk if you tore your acl?

So about 2 and a half weeks ago i had a basketball game. I went up for a rebound landed wrong and i heard a pop. I went to a clinic and i had about 3 doctors look at my knee, they claimed they were pretty sure i tore my acl. I have a mri tomorrow and will find out. But is it possible to be able to walk on it. I have pain and tightness when i bend my knee and my knee does not feel stable.

Yes it is possible to walk with a torn ACL. Depending on how bad the tear is determines the level of pain and stiffness. I had a piece of bone stuck in the tissue between the knee joints and I had no idea for 2 years.

yes it is possible to walk after the acl is torn. Some people can't walk due to severe pain or instability and others ARE able to walk due to lack of pain or whatever.
