Red Rhubarb is redder and has a more earthy flavor than White Rhubarb, but they can be used interchangeably. Red Rhubarb stems tend to be tougher and more fibrous than the White Rhubarb variety.

Red roses and callas will be great! If you want to incorporate black into it at all there are roses that are called Black Beauty roses. Your florist should know what these are. They are a really really deep red rose and are very pretty. They aren't exactly black but are very close and would look just as great!
