Recipe for SOFT Sugar Cookies..?
I love baking cookies, I made a big batch of sugar cookies and they were delicious just crunchy... I like soft cookies and was hoping not only for a good recipe but also some insight as to what I can do to bake soft cookies every time! Thank You!

Cinnamon Twist Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
3 Eggs
1 c Sugar
3/4 c Oil
2 tsp Baking Powder
3 c Flour; Approximately
1/2 c Cinnamon-Sugar made by mixing white sugar with a tsp cinnamon, you can use colored sugar available in the baking section of grocery stores for different holidays., but you can also color sugar with a drop of food color and mix it with back of a spoon until incorporated into the sugar
METHOD
Combine eggs, sugar, oil, and blend well. Stir in dry ingredients (use just enough flour to make a soft dough). Roll pieces of dough into long, pencil-thick rolls. Dip in cinnamon-sugar. Twist into figure 8's or small mini doughnut shapes. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: about 4 dozen.
Little kids love to make these with mom, But these are one of my favourites, and I'm a grandma.

you need a recipe for soft sugar cookies.
There will be differences between a recipe for crisp sugar cookies and soft sugar cookies.
