how many piece of amla murabba should be eaten daily& when ?

i want to know that how many piece of an amla murabba should be eaten by a man

of age about sixty [ sexagenarian ] & at what time it should be taken .?

    2 or 3 piece twice a day(morning-evening) before lunch and dinner.
