Muscle exercises that don't require weights?

I'm looking for some muscle exercises that don't require weights. I'm familiar with push ups and the plank. Are there any other exercises that could help hit other muscle groups that don't require weights? Is it possible to hit all the major muscle groups without using a weight set?

Also look up Matt Furey's exercises. Both of these are in the business of researching and developing body weight exercises that don't require much equipment, and no free weights at all. It is definitely possible to develop all the muscle groups, but you'll have to look around for certain exercises or grab someone's else plan. Body weight exercises are safer than free weights, but people can hurt themselves if they play around.

Well, in addition to the plank, you could go for sidebridges. Basically a plank but on your side... you can do them on your knees, then normally, then with your feet elevated on abench to make it harder. They make your core solid.

just add pull ups and deep squat jumps and uve hit every major muscle

Source(s): drive through the heels when you first power the squat so you dont hurt your knees, obviously as you take off the toes/calves will power you too. Land on something soft like grass.
