Jdndufdhebwh feeling really hyper?
I felt really hyper like all my energy wanted to explode out of my bones so I ran around my house and then I felt even more hyper and now my body sort f died and I felt tired.
I feel hyper again.
I haven't drunk anything other than water, no fizzy drinks for over a month and haven't had sugr fir a few hours. What is going on?

Maybe you should see your doc or devote that energy to helping a charity
organization,like a elderly or disable that might need help.
That's what i would have done.
