My friend did exactly the same thing but playing basketball. She came out with a purply -greeny pink bruise and a wonky finger but she could move it. Just. she went to A&E and it was broken. what am i trying to tell you? visit the hospital before you make your finger worse, if its not broken then hey at least you made sure by going.

Assuming you haven't for it checke out already I highly recommend you go to the emergency room. I broke my finger but since I could "still move it" It wasn't broken. but I kept complaining to my mom and she took me to the hospital turned out is snapped in half. So go get it checked out!

It could be broken. The best way to tell is with an xray
