The IPCC have found that the employment of Neil Wallis and his daughter by the Met was not corrupt. Really ?

The IPCC says the employment of Wallis and his daughter by the Met was not corrupt but the guidelines for such employment were blurred. To a lot of people this is just a well written bit of gobbledygook amounting to a complete whitewash for all the high ranking pals of Wallis in the Met.
