It is NOT an effin' serious question. What the hell difference does it make. WIthout evidence to the contrary, the name on his long form birth certificate, which IS valid (you have zero proof otherwise) is his legal name.

How come you don't get all over Romney for having a father from another country who may not have come here legally? He doesn't use his legal name?

He has shown legal, valid, long and short form birth certificates. You are an embarrassment to yourself to insist otherwise. Even if he were not born in this country, he is still a legal natural born citizen. Certainly as much as Mitt is.

Obama's mother was a US citizen, so even if he were born in Kenya it wouldn't make any difference, he would still be a natural born citizen as much as Romney is.

There's no evidence at all that Obama legally changed his name to Soetoro. None. The school record shows what his parents registered him as. Plenty of kids go to school under names that aren't their legal names. People like William Jefferson Blythe III (President Clinton) and Leslie Lynch King, Jr (President Ford) for example. Both legally changed their names years after using the new name in school.
