GBA Emulator time support help?
I recently downloaded the VisualBoyAdvance emulator for my computer. I downloaded Pokemon Sapphire and have been playing it for a while now. The biggest problem I've run into is that the game repeatedly diaplays the message that "the game's battery is run dry, time based events will no longer happen."
This would be fine normally but what's driving me crazy is that my favorite place in the game is Shoal Cave. Shoal cave has actual tides, which run on the game's internal battery. Since the game has no internal battery, the tides don't happen, and some parts of the cave are totally inaccesible. Is there any fix for this, either with the emulator or with the game file?

Not sure of that error, but i can give you a few things to try.
1. Get the more updated VBA emulator (the original project has died, and been restarted and being worked on) http://sourceforge.net/projects/vbam/
2. Not sure where you keep your saves, but make sure you keep them (as they may be in the old VBA folder, if they are there, copy to new emulator folder or something).
3. Download the rom from another source.
The saves you have are in the save file, so you can change the game and emulator, and still be in the same spot you were in, so its important you dont delete the game saves.
