Explain to your group that you are a completely worthless sack of sh*t, and promise that in the future you won't be such an ******. Grovel.
Take your lumps.
Running off is screwing them over even more than you already have.

Do whatever you want. I would do it to the best of my ability and apologize to the rest of the group once you hand in the bad work

The rest of the group will suffer if you hand in nothing...so, unless you think you're able to succesfully avoid them AND the teacher/instructor/professor for the rest of the semester...hand something in.
