I found a very small kitten, probably 4 weeks old and it has a large feline abscess on its neck.?
Very large abscess on the neck. vet is closed and the closest emergency clinic is 80 miles away. What can I do to help it until the vets office opens? It eats good and moves around a lot but I am sure its in pain.

Get the cat to a vet. It is in pain and it could rupture and then die.

Go the distance. An abscess on the neck can rupture and burst the main artery. Boom, dead cat. It's like slicing a human's jugular. Head to the emergency right away. No time to lose!
