Im looking to gain a bit of weight?

Hi, I'm fourteen years old (male), and I'm just looking to gain a bit of weight for sport, ect. I'm currently about 6 feet tall, and I weigh about 65 kilograms. I exercise regularly and am pretty fit I guess. I do a tad of muscle training also. Anyway, for sport purposes I want to just bulk up, as I'm already pretty agile and strong I guess for my age, and I just want to gain a bit of weight to get the bulk edge on my opponents. I play aussie rules football too btw. I can only ever seem to get to 65, and then I usually drop back 60, and I just see saw between those two. I'm just looking for some tips on this I can do to gain about 10 or so kilos, just foods I should eat and such, thanks for the help :)

if you are doing any sport(which is cardio) then you wont bulk up, unless youll take a caloric surplus, thats eating 500 - 1000 calories more than what your calorie intake right now because when you are doing your sport and lifting weights, you are burning calories and that doesnt come handy when bulking up.

search calorie surplus using google, and about putting weight with cardio,

    GOOD LUCK!

You can't gain alot of weight yet cause your not done growing in height!!! after you are done growing you will start putting on some and filling out thats why most teenagers are so skinny they are growing
