Help haven't eaten enough calories..but eaten enough food?
I've got to the end of the day and my calorie count has come to just under 1000 calories which I am aware is bad. However if I'm eating until I'm full and satisfied and I'm not hungry then surely I'm not doing my body any harm? What do you think:
BREAKFAST = 210 cals:
-two shredded wheat pillows, topped with half a banana, no milk as we ran out so I used hot water instead, and a cup of tea.
LUNCH = 220 cals:
-two slices of wholemeal bread, slice of deli turkey meat, cucumber, lettuce, spring onion, half a tbsp of BBQ sauce and a cup of tea.
SNACK = 90 cals:
-half an apple, half a large orange and a cup of tea
DINNER = 430 cals:
-asda oriental stir fry mix, 90g chicken breast, half sachet of chow mein sauce, mushrooms and onions.
Also drank 5 cups of water and did a paperound for an hour (so an hour of walking)

Great, you're drinking water, eating chicken, fruit and veg and also exercising. Lay off the cups of tea and swap them with milk or even more water, much healthier and 5 small meals is better than 3 large meals. This is because when you have 3 large meals your blood/sugar levels go really high and while you wait for your next, drop considerably low. Their is plenty of side effects in your mood and also in your body. After dinner have a pot noodle or even better, meatballs with pasta. It is ok to have chocolate every now and then though and if you have access to a bike, trampoline or jumping rope, if you're looking to burn fat or build cardio/endurance/muscle use them too and they're all great :).

You should be fine I usually take in slightly more than that and I'm a guy and I burn over 500 calories going about 3.25 miles on the treadmill as well as some other exercises

fruits grow on trees, shrubbery and mostly above floor and vegies grow in the floor (mostly) and are root plants ie celery, potatoes, raddishes etc are beginnings
