Is this lunch healthy?
Is it healthy for maintaining or losing weight? Any advice how I could change it.
-One poached egg and one poached egg white on wholemeal toast (160 cal)
-With a sliced granny smith apple dipped in 40g greek style probiotic yoghurt (103cal)

100g natural yoghurt with a sprinkle of granola on top, with a cup of decaf tea. Is this a good light breakfast to prevent bloat? As I heard natural probiotic yoghurt aid with digestion..
For lunch I'll have melon probably or ryvita crackerbread (thin air crackers) with reduced fat pate. I'll be drinking plenty of water all day too.
Any advice?

Ive been losing weight purposely for many months now and cut out alcohol since February. Tonight I have a party where I will be getting drunk as I'm celebrating end of exams. I like cider and white win but I know they are full of calories. So I've opted for reduced sugar ribena with soda water (no cals or sugar etc) with vodka. Each glass I have will have one shot of vodka which is about 55 calories. Do you think I will gain weight if I have a fair few glasses? And is it a good option for a "healthier alternative" alcoholic beverage? Thanks!

I woke up and had a glass of water, half an apple and 5 almonds. This was to give me energy for my short workout, which was a 15 minute jog on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the stationary bike. I then went to the sauna. After, for breakfast I had oat bran made with water with half a cup of decaffinated tea. For lunch I had half a cup of decaffinated tea, 100g of melon (cantaloupe) and a tiny bowl of about 25g probiotic yoghurt and 10g of muesli (just a small tiny craving I had).
I've had about 6 glasses of water today, and I will continue to drink even more. I will have a very early dinner at 4pm, which I was thinking to have a grilled chicken breast, grilled tomato and a grilled large flat mushroom.
Is there anything else I can do to reduce my stomach for tonight? As I woke up with a super flat tummy this morning and I want that back!!

At my golf club I had a "homemade roasted tomatoes and chime soup" how many calories in that? It was a small bowl, probably the equivalent to half a can of Heinz soup. It came with a small brown roll too, so I guessed the roll would be about 110 calories?

When I wake up in the morning my stomach is flat and that's how I want it for the evening of the party. Ive already been losing weight through exercise and diet by the way. So on the day of the party would it be okay to just not eat all day but drink water? I will be drinking alcohol in the evening so I will have a glass of milk to line my stomach but if I don't eat JUST for one day, that shouldn't do any harm right? Because if I eat my stomach just sticks out :/

I played golf today, 18 holes, with three other players and it took exactly 4 hours. If I used MyFitnessPal and type in "golf pulling clubs" for 4 hours it says I burn 835 calories which I think is too high? I mean you don't play for the full four hours, you wait for others to play, you wait at the tee box and pause etc. I also didn't pull my clubs, I pushed them on an electric trolley but I walked very briskly everywhere. So how many calories do you think ive burnt? I am a female, 16, 162cm/5"3 and I weigh 107lbs. Thanks in advance!!

I went to the Harvester restaurant and chose one of the healthiest options which was a flame grilled chicken breast burger. On the menu it said there were 480calories. BUT I chose to have it without the mayo, and it came with two large chicken pieces in it, but I only ate the one as it was too large a portion*, So from 480, how many less did I have, how many calories in total? The burger bun was a normal non-seeded bun, similar size to a McDonald's one, with a slice of tomato, lettuce and onion.
*whether the chef made a mistake and put two chicken pieces in I don't know, but I'm guessing that's the standard serving size for the 480 cals

Breakfast: two shredded wheat pillows, topped with half a banana and 75ml of semi skimmed milk (I usually have skimmed but we didn't have any) and a cup of decaf tea.
Snack: 50g of raspberries and decaf tea
Lunch: 3 ryvita wholegrain crackerbreads (20 cal each),topped with one slice of deli turkey and Edam cheese, and another decaf tea.
That's 530 calories in total so far. Obviously I'll be eating my dinner later too and maybe one more healthy snack, probably an apple.

I've gotten to the end of today and I've only eaten 900 calories which I know is bad. I'm already seeing a counsellor about depression issues and eating problems, as I've lost a lot of weight and only eat around a 1000 calories a day so I am trying to increase the calories without putting on weight as I still have belly fat I want rid of. Here's what Ive eaten today:
BREAKFAST: 100g low fat greek style yoghurt with blueberries and a sprinkle of muesli, with a slice of wholegrain toast and weight watchers marmalade. (217 cal)
LUNCH: one egg plus two egg whites omelette, with chopped slice of ham, mushrooms and spring onion, with romaine lettuce, cucumber, and reduced salt ketchup. (184 cal)
SNACK: an apple and a few pinches of granola from the bag. (110)
DINNER: thin cut grilled peppered steak, half a small jacket potato, brussel sprouts and broccoli. (345 cal)
Throughout the day/at meals I had 5 glasses of water and 4 cups of decaf tea.
Total calories is 893, even though I reckon I've eaten healthy normal sized meals? I'm stuffed after dinner now but don't want the calorie intake to be so low :( Shall I wait an hour and have a yoghurt with raspberries or something? I also did a paperound (so walking) for 45 minutes.

-mixed with bueberries (21 cal)
-topped with 10g muesli (36 cal)
-then a wholegrain slice of toast (58 cal) topped with 1/2 tbsp of low cal marmalade (13 cal)
-cup of decaf tea made with skim milk (10 cal)
It comes to 217 calories. I don't usually have "two" breakfasts but I'm trying to increase my overall calorie intake healthily without putting on weight, as I only make it to about 1000 calories some days. I'm stuffed now though :/

This morning I woke up and had a small mug of coffee (made properly, not instant) with skim milk. Then I went for a 20 minute, 2 mile run, running at an average of 6.5mph, so I burnt 160 calories. I then came back and had my breakfast which was a poached egg on wholemeal toast with a cup of decaf tea and a glass of water. So far I've eaten 211 calories and burnt off 160 ish. So is my breakfast a good post workout meal for losing weight/toning up? As I heard that eating wholegrains and protein is the idea..

Today as a snack I ate quite lot of brazil nuts, walnuts and almonds from a large pack, I didn't eat the whole pack obviously but I had quite a few :/ Will this make me put on weight as I know they're quite calorific? Should I lay off them for the week for now and just eat them in moderation?

-decaf cup of tea made with skim milk
-20g of oat bran made with water, topped with 5 strawberries, 4 almonds and a few raisins
-then as a side I had 50g Greek style yoghurt topped with two chopped strawberries and a sprinkle of granola

Im aware it's healthy, it wasn't particularly tasty but is it good for weight loss or is it too much veg? I just made and ate this:
-cooked in spray lite: half a red pepper, one salad tomato, 1/4 courgette, spring onion, four broccoli florets
-all put on a handful of baby leaf lettuce
-topped with a slice of turkey deli meat (not the wafer thin type, the sliced type from butchers) and a tbsp of low fat natural greek style yoghurt
It came to about 150 calories which is fairly low but I'm full up now anyway.

I've got to the end of the day and my calorie count has come to just under 1000 calories which I am aware is bad. However if I'm eating until I'm full and satisfied and I'm not hungry then surely I'm not doing my body any harm? What do you think:
BREAKFAST = 210 cals:
-two shredded wheat pillows, topped with half a banana, no milk as we ran out so I used hot water instead, and a cup of tea.
LUNCH = 220 cals:
-two slices of wholemeal bread, slice of deli turkey meat, cucumber, lettuce, spring onion, half a tbsp of BBQ sauce and a cup of tea.
SNACK = 90 cals:
-half an apple, half a large orange and a cup of tea
DINNER = 430 cals:
-asda oriental stir fry mix, 90g chicken breast, half sachet of chow mein sauce, mushrooms and onions.
Also drank 5 cups of water and did a paperound for an hour (so an hour of walking)

It's not the wafer thin type, it's the thicker type: about half a centermetre thick, about 6 inches long and 4 inches wide. It's from a local butchers so I gathered this kind of meat would be healthier than shop brought processed meat. So about how many calories per slice? Thanks!

I've been losing weight for a few months and rarely ever have sandwiches for lunch as I decided to cut down my intake of bread. I never ever eat white bread, only wholemeal. For lunch I usually make an egg white omelette filled with veg and with a side salad or I have ryvita with a low calorie topping or I have a ham salad wholemeal pitta bread.
But I thought I'd treat myself to a sandwhich as they're so tasty. If I had a sandwich with wholemeal bread (58 calories per slice), NO butter, with a slice of turkey from the butchers (so the meat isn't processed etc) with lettuce and cucumber. Would this be as healthy as my other lunches? Or should I only have sandwiches once in a while?
