Is this lunch healthy?

Is it healthy for maintaining or losing weight? Any advice how I could change it.

-One poached egg and one poached egg white on wholemeal toast (160 cal)

-With a sliced granny smith apple dipped in 40g greek style probiotic yoghurt (103cal)

Yes it is healthy, with one side note. If you only ate this many calories for 3 meals a day and don't snack then I don't think that's enough calories. Of course I do not know your weight and height, but 260 calories for a meal is pretty low, unless you have a few snacks in between your meals in which it's okay. Also, if you are active you will need a few more calories to keep your body nourished (healthy calories, of course).

Try adding more fruit + veg for a variety of vitamins

but apart from that, this lunch has good protein, some fibre and calcium

no food in itself is healthy or unhealthy. What is disgusting is wasting half the egg.

you could do with a bit of veg too, and this isn't lunch, it is a tiny snack. 2000 calories a day needed.

If you look up Fat Sick and Nearly Dead not that I'm saying you sound at all anything close to this, but, even with my thin body and good health I was curious to see this movie as I had heard much about it, and it got me started on green smoothies. I've loved them ever since, try them out and you'll have more energy than you have ever, and my eyes improved as well.

I think it sounds pretty good, as long as you don't go over your recommended daily allowance then you'll be okay :)
