How many calories are in my lunch on average?

At my golf club I had a "homemade roasted tomatoes and chime soup" how many calories in that? It was a small bowl, probably the equivalent to half a can of Heinz soup. It came with a small brown roll too, so I guessed the roll would be about 110 calories?

As Venus said, it depends on if they added cream to the soup because that would add more calories.

Tomato soup in general is low in calories. A small bowl could be as low as 50 calories. Since you don't know exactly what was in the soup, I would estimate 100.

110 for a small role sounds good.

    210 total.

Depends what they put in the soup i.e. is there cream in it or cheese? What other additives? Although sounds like it was a small portion so calorie content shouldn't worry you. Not sure about the brown roll...M+S brown rolls are 235 calories (but it's good carbs if it's wholemeal). Worry less about calories and more about nutritional value.

You need a total of 2000 calories a day, Ana, so lunch needs to be around 650.
