Is this a good breakfast to have before an exam?
-cup of tea with semi skim milk
-two shredded wheat pillows (153 cals)
-topped with half a banana (45 cals)
-topped with hot water (we had no milk left)
I'm also trying to lose weight by the way. Is this a good breakfast before an exam? I heard slow release was good..

Yeah pretty good. The shredded wheat has plenty of fibre which keeps you going for a couple of hours. You picked very good foods :)

Sounds OK but take a banana with you as it will give you a boost during or just before the exam.

You might want to try something that will stay with you longer, like meat or eggs or even oatmeal. The first two typically have more calories, but at least you won't be hungry later. Whatever works for you, though.

Well, i drink a couple cups of coffee (because of lack of sleep), then on my way to school
I stop by the closest starbucks and get some more coffee. (Maybe a muffin)
Then chew gum... a lot of gum.
(dont forget to hit the loo before exam!)

whatever keeps you full and focused for as long as possible! and calories arent really what you should be looking at when your on a diet, because calories wont tell you how much fat you are gaining from them, eat more fruit and skim milk actually isnt that good for you.

Not bad, but you need some protein... maybe a boiled egg, some nuts or some greek yogurt would have been a good addition
