Is this a good breakfast for the day of prom? 10 PTS!?

I want to make sure my stomach doesn't bloat at all for prom tonight.

100g natural yoghurt with a sprinkle of granola on top, with a cup of decaf tea. Is this a good light breakfast to prevent bloat? As I heard natural probiotic yoghurt aid with digestion..

For lunch I'll have melon probably or ryvita crackerbread (thin air crackers) with reduced fat pate. I'll be drinking plenty of water all day too.

Any advice?

    I think what you're eating is fine, just make sure you're not starving yourself - this could make you bloat and make you faint/dizzy; may make you not enjoy prom so much.

    But have fun!

    Sounds great! But seriously, you don't have to worry what people think of you. It's your night enjoy it, and don't worry about what others think

    It's good but you need to add more oils vegetation and carbohydrates
