Overheating GPU and how to fix?
About 10 minutes ago, I loaded up a game of Team Fortress 2. My computer, in general, is a teensy tiny bit slow when I'm not really doing anything unless I have a fan blowing on it. Then it speeds up enough for me to play games. However, when I start playing something like TF2 or any similar games (ES: Oblivion, Bioshock, Amnesia, Left 4 Dead, etc.) it runs at 40-60 fps for a few minutes and then immediately drops to 3-5 fps. It may or may not jump back up eventually. I have Game Booster running so there's nothing going on in the background, and I most certainly don't have any viruses/malware as I reformatted my computer not too long ago.
I don't have any compressed air so I was only able to use a q-tip when I cleaned out the case this morning. I don't know if that would affect it. It helped for a few hours but it's mostly back to normal again.
Anyway, here is my SpeedFan reading (the GPU temp reads the same on MSI Afterburner, as well):
And here are my specs:
On average it sits at around 110-115° C and can go up to around 130° C if I'm playing games for too long.

At those temps. your system is slowly burning its self out, your GPU will go first and maybe your CPU, you need to buy a new system if your going to be playing those demanding games.

maybe it's a failing fan or power supply. Try replacing the power supply with a higher wattage.
