How much energy daily do I need to gain weight?
While the whole world is trying to lose weight, I struggle to gain. I am 18 yr old male, 173cm at only 52kg. I am not sure how am I going to gain weight as clearly I am under. How much energy in Calories or KJ do I need per day to slowly but eventually reach my ideal weight/ BMI? I don't exercise much at all.

Well make sure youre eating right and enough, eat healthy and plenty meals but dont over eat. Try excersing a little to build muscle, that will increase ur weight and make u look more filled out.

Yes the nutrition and pastime application you've gotten results vigour. I discover whilst I devour a big lunch like (burger or bbq) that I am nugatory for a whilst and really worn out. Over time you'll uncover you consider a lot higher after your workout routines than when you simply had a cup of espresso.
