Why do you think that God puts the spirit of slumber upon some of his children?

The spirit of slumber means the mind is not open when God speaks and Christian I hate to say it are notoriously asleep. And here are my examples and I am born again of the Spirit because it is expected in Scripture. Jesus said, "If I BE LIFTED UP, I will draw all men unto me!" Jesus also said, "My Kingdom is not of this world," And, "I WILL build MY CHURCH and the Gates of hell will not prevail against it!" To the east of our Republican wing and up in Heaven is the actual Kingdom that Jesus told us of in Scripture and He is lifted and seated at the right hand of the Father. The Father always speaks from Heaven and he said, "This is my beloved Son, Hear Him." And the Lord also said in Scripture, "Come OUT from among them and I will receive you says the Lord God." And "Ye are the head and not the tail and from ABOVE and not from below." Each individual is expected according to those Scriptures to go up into the Kingdom of Christ and come clean with the Lord because the only time we are "In Christ" is when we are to the east of our Republican wing up in Heaven and in the invisible realm of the Spirit. Christians do not believe the earth was cursed in Genesis for if they did, they would not be attending and building churches on the earth. Hearing the do not hear and seeing they do not see. If the Israelites had to be called out of Egypt then the Christians must be called out of Adam and they do not hear the call coming in from the east and out of Heaven's Kingdom. To prove we are in Christ we must go east and up into the Kingdom and come in from the east and out of Heaven to prove we are Sons of God and not Christians because that is what the Scriptures teach.

It's not God who does that, it's the condition of the being themselves. Nearly all spirits which are on a human boy on earth at this time, are asleep. The waking of it, is called "enlightenment" and does indeed feel like a light-bulb being turned on in your head, but most people who think they are doing "enlightenment" are not doing this at all.

anyone who puts the necessary time into genuine advanced self-development, can get their spirit awake, but it takes more time and learning that most people are willing to do.

Blaming "god" is a common way to refuse responsibility these days. YOU have to do the work, yourself !
