How do I stop my toddler from pooping her pants?!?
She is doing great on pee-pees, but no matter what, will NOT poop in the potty. We have been at this for months now. She hates the feel of a yucky diaper or panties, they are hard enough that they can't be a surprise, and if you ask, she knows that poo-poo in the panties is yucky and naughty, and she gets rewards for going in the toilet.

It's very very common for control of bowel movements to lag behind control of pee. This happened with our now 16-year-old daughter.
She's not being naughty. She really can't control it.
What we did with our daughter was when she pooped in her pants, I'd say, "Ooops, didn't quite make it to the potty in time. Let's go to the bathroom. Okay, the poop goes in the potty (I'd have her toss it in and flush). There goes the poopy. Next time you'll make it to the potty I bet!"
Then, one day, she did. And she did again the next day and the next.
Wishing you well.

she is doing great on pee pees...poop will follow. Just remain patient, do not punnish her or let he know you are upset..that will stress her out, scare her and it will go on longer. Potty training is hard...you have pee pee down. the next phase will be poopie. Rewards are good...but need to be limited. Is it time to stop rewarding for pee pee? If it is...then stop those rewards...wait a few days, then offer rewards for poopie.
they are hard enough that they can't be a surprise...hard poops, mean she may be a little constipated, it may hurt or take time to get it out. give her time...
How old is she?

Well if she knows it's "yucky" and still does it - I think you need to try the old-fashioned method of toilet training. SIt her on the potty at the appropriate time and make it clear that she's not allowed to get up until she's done her doodoo - and if she can't or won't, put a glycerine suppository in her to make her do. And make sure she's sitting there when it takes effect. Repeat for a few days until her body starts getting the message and she's doing the doo on the potty of her own accord.

My guys get a lollipop for going poo in the potty. Once they made the poo / lollipop connection, they have been really good about using the potty!
When my guys do have poo accidents, they have to sit on the potty for a few minutes afterwards, while I clean up.
We threw the boys in the air for peeing, only poo had a food reward after the first 2 days.

Just keep working at it and give her lots of praise when she goes on the toilet. She will get it in time she's still learning.
