Are the new Batman comics even worth getting?
Batman had always been my favorite superhero growing up and recently I feel like I've been struck with bat-fever (playing the new video games and seeing the Dark Night Rises) I thought about ordering Batman comic books through the mail starting with issue #1 of the 2011 reboot. However, I couldn't find a way to order any of the previous issues in physical form and I just read an artical online saying that The New 52 Batman story line makes no sense at all (ex. there already being four different Robins) So is paying for and reading the new Batman comics even worth the time, effort, and money?

I'm a fan of Batman and Batman & Robin. No, the timeline for Robins doesn't really make all that much sense, but if you ignore that it's still pretty good. The timeline thing isn't really crippling the story, it's not even really brought up in the actual comics. I'm sure the issues of the timeline will be addressed eventually & explained.
You could always go to a bookstore/comic shop and look through some of the issues and see for yourself if you think you'd like them.
