So I'm getting more and more into sport..?

I Horseride, I started out just for fun, but now I'm getting really into it. I'm starting to ride 4 or 5 times a week, hard stuff, plus all the other around-the-horses jobs like hauling hay, shovelling dung, etc. I'm a fairly light, fit person usually, but all this exercise is starting to make me hungry, and tired. I'm losing weight, but I'm already quite light and I don't think weight loss is a good thing for me. xd. I suspect i need to eat a bit more, but what to eat? I'm only a teenager BTW, so i'm still growing too. xd.

Whats some good things to eat to get my energy up and stuff?

    Try snacking on dried fruit and nuts, cheese, milk, yogurt, sandwiches made with whole grain breads and lean meat such as chicken.
