I have chicken wings covered in seasoning and flour and wish to bake them. What temperature and how long?

Also, I was considering either brushing them with vegetable oil or spraying them with non-stick cooking oil to give them a better flavor. What is your recommendation?

Brush your roasting tray with some oils and add the wings and place into a preheated oven at 180C and cook for about 30 minutes turning 3 times.

I never put oil, just garlic powder and other seasonings to make the skin crisp. I do 425 for 35 minutes- super crispy!!

depending on the oven you put them in at 350 degrees and keep them in about 30 -40 minutes

look at them they should look brown and a little crispy ..
