What would be the be the top five colleges in my list? In what order?

I am studying in a junior college in New York. I am an international student (so I receive 0 financial aid or loans so money also plays a factor but all options are affordable) and my major tends to be liberal arts or geology (complicated to explain).

SUNY Plattsburgh (has a lot of international students and has good overseas network but less prestige)

SUNY Geneseo (a lot of prestige but in most of websites were students can review it was completely bashed, I mean really ugly commentaries)

SUNY Buffalo

SUNY Bing

SUNY New Paltz

SUNY Albany

Rochester Institute of Technology (most expansive one)

Nazareth College

St. Bonaventure

Niagara University

If you know a similar college in NY that I didn't listed fell free to post.

Update:

Please people, follow Doc Martin example and READ MY ANSWERS. At the moment he is the only one who really seems to have read it. It were good answers, it just wasn't the LIST I asked for.

Not clear why you're limiting yourself colleges in New York State.

On your list, the best colleges for undergraduate education (according to the ACTA Education Foundation) are (in approximate order – best to least best):

    SUNY—Genesco

    Nazareth U

    Niagara U

    St. Bonaventure

    Rochester Institute of Technology

You should add the following to your list:

    CUNY–Brooklyn College

    CUNY–Baruch College

    CUNY–Staten Island

    CUNY–Queens College

    College of Mount St. Vincent

    Iona College

    Manhattan College

    ST. John's U

    SUNY–Oneonta

Geneseo, prestige? Really? I'm not saying its a bad school. A friend of my father's was president there for many years. Not a lot of prestige. If you want prestige at SUNY, look to Buffalo (where another of Dad's friends was president) or Albany (where they both were undergrads.)

RIT, for a liberal arts major?

They're all the same. No difference. Flip a coin.
