What do I do?!?! HELP ME PLS?

Well, firstly, you might want to move your question over to "Family & Relationships", as there are more people who are better qualified or versed to help you with your problem than there are here.

But since I'm here, I may as well attempt to help. Well the first three dates are always the shakiest. After the first date, you should have grasped at least some of her likes and dislikes. She like sports? No? Well, I wouldn't suggest taking her to a basketball game then. Etc etc. Some general ideas of a second date are taking her out to eat frozen yogurts, or since you said it's pretty cold, go search for a nice Godiva shop. Buy her one of those really good dark chocolate hot chocolates, and maybe something romantic that when she eats she'll think of you: strawberries dipped in chocolate in a heart shaped box. A bit Valentine's style, but hey, it works.

As for before lunch, ask her if she wants to go anywhere since she knows the area better than you do (I'm presuming, since you dont live there). If she says yes, then great! take her there. If not, come with a list of options. Just look in google, and i quote, "cool things to do in pa." I'll provide a link to one I found in my "sources."

And for the kiss, I'd say wait til the date is almost over. If it goes pretty smoothly, you're feeling pumped after a good day, go 75% in. If she goes the rest of the way, buh bam. If not, then you can play it off.
