Do I need a licence for a 1040s fruit /slot machine that does not take legal money/ just sixpences EU?

I am trying to sell an old 1940s CLUB CHIEF FRUIT SLOT MACHINE. I have been told I need a gambling licence. And the person buying also has to have a gambling licence. The machine does not take legal money, Just a few tokens original & I have 500 sixpences. I have the machine in my home as decoration, collector's,novelty. & fun. Is this illegal.

Update:

The Gambling Act 2005 states that gambling includes the provision that:

In this Act “prize” in relation to gaming (except in the context of a gaming machine)—

(a)means money or money's worth, and

(b)includes both a prize provided by a person organising gaming and winnings of money staked.

This means that although the machine is only set up for sixpences, to sell it is to make provision for someone else to gamble as they could set it up to exchange the won sixpences for prizes.

S5(1)(b) also take about provision of gambling by others. The point is not that it's NOT used for gambling legal tender but that's it COULD be. Either through adaptation or exchange of coins.

To sell it without a license and to someone without a license it needs to be disabled.
