How do I get a pen mark off of a white board?

Someone wrote on my white board with an ink pen. How can I get the stain out?

    magic erasers are amazing! even if someone used permanent pen it will get that off white boards.... I would use one of them. You will need to use some elbow grease also but just scrub and it will come off easy with one.

    I heard hair spray works on clothes not sure about white board.

    Scribble over it with a wipe off marker, then wipe it off. That usually works.
