"The Sunset Limited" its a very interesting film that is based on a conversation between 2 strangers after one saves the other form committing suicide, it all takes place in an apartment
also "The Man From Earth" is a close second, great film and interesting themes and thought provoking ideas are touched upon, I think its all in one location, apart from maybe 1 or 2 scenes

The Evil Dead - The film was shot on location in a remote cabin located in Morristown, Tennessee
Army of Darkness - Filmed in California
(Evil Dead 2 was filmed in both Michigan and North Carolina, which is why I did not list it)
Office Space - filmed in my home of Austin, TX

It's a tie between "12 Angry Men"....the entire film been shot in the jury room and "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" where the entire film been shot in "Big Daddy's" house

An old Thriller called "Wait Until Dark". There are a couple parts where you'll jump out of your seat! Most of the movie happens in a blind woman's apartment.
