How to take control of my eating habits?
I'm having a lot of trouble controlling it. There was one point were I had it under control, but then I lost all control. At times I find my self binge eating in the middle of the night. I don't make myself puke or anything, but I have thought about it. I've tried many thing to keep me from eating that way. Drinking water, popping a rubber band on my wrist, I've even chew gum (I hate gum), but nothing seems to work.
I'll be honest I eat the most when I was upset. Some of my friends found out I was hurting myself when I was upset and help me stop, but since then I've been a eater. It's like I take out all emotions into eating food. It's just gotten worse over the years. Got any tips to help control this?

You can try limiting the amount of food you have to healthy things or healthy amounts. I always go to the grocery when I'm full so I can buy healthy things, not things that look good because I'm starving. Also you could portion your sacks. I used to eat like half a box of cheez-its or something, but now I put a few handfuls in the bowl and go back for a little more if necessary. It really is just will power. Eat healthy meals that are filling, go to bed early so you don't feel hungry before you go to sleep. Also, you can talk to your doctor, they can recommend people to see, possibly medication, or just advice.

you overlook to prepare what you devour, what you devour can effect how finished or hungry you sense. i'd advise eating nutrition severe in protein and others severe in fibre, both will make you sense fuller longer. also after a meal wait 20 minutes to work out in case you clearly sense finished earlier eating extra, from time to time it takes a lil longer on your mind to deliver the indications that ur abdomen is done. also attempt to drink good parts of water.
