Hi fellow seniors, another quick poll from me today?

Just for fun If you had to live for three years in one of these fantasy places from TV, film or literature which one would you choose?

The Land of Oz - in Munchkinland

The Land of Oz - in the Emerald City

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

Never Never Land, with the Lost Boys

Never Never Land, with Captain Hook's crew

Aboard the Starship Enterprise

Captain Nemo's Underwater City

Alice's Wonderland

Narnia

Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory

Or somewhere else that I may have forgotten to add?

    What a great question Lily.

I'd opt for the Starship Enterprise with Bones, Kirky and Mr Spick. It would be nice to warp all over the universe and zap the odd Klangon or two. And if I travelled fast enough, I could see myself coming back, according to Einstein's theory of stuff. Even faster and I would never grow older.

There would be no room in Never Never Land with the Lost boys.

It'd be too crowded with David Cameron's bunch of clowns and the entire House of Lords.

    Captain Nemo's Underwater City

It would be a toss up between Never Never Land with Captain Hook or time in Alice's Wonderland.

Being a 5'9" female, I seem to spend most days in Munchkinland as it is.

I think I would like to visit Alice In Wonderland - as long as I didn't come across the Queen of Hearts, as I would like to keep my head on my shoulders for a while yet.

If I were lucky, I might get a cup of tea at the Mad Hatter's Tea Party, as long as the dormouse hadn't fallen in the teapot. I wonder if I could tell the difference between Tweedledum and Tweedledee.

I might even see the Cheshire Cat before it disappeared. Curiouser and curiouser.

I would love to live in Terry Pratchetts Discworld.

There I could have a drink of scumble with Death, read some books on magic with the Librarian in the Unseen University, Feed the dragons with Lady Sybil Ramkin, converse with Lord Havelock Vetinari, eat one of Cut Me Own Throat Dibblers pies....and much much more!

Oh what a good time I could have.

I'll go for Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the hope I might learn how to reverse the bad luck I've had to endure recently.

It would be such fun to point to something and say 'get in the drawer/cupboard/bin/whatever' or even shrink it to fit or, in the case of my kitchen push back the walls a few yards.

Probably the Starship Enterprise for me Lily.

If I could not afford exotic holidays at least I

could spend time visiting the Hollodeck and

just tap in my holiday destination and I would

be there. Great way to visit friends too!

Out of these choices I pick Starship Enterprise. Keep in mind the witches, flying monkees, oompa loompas, the queen that said off with her head to name just a few of the pitfalls.

None of those places, actually, but I wouldn't mind having Hermoine Grainger as a roommate. I could see definite advantages to living with a witch. We could have some terrific parties, drinking butterbeer with all of her witch and wizard friends and when the party is over, she could magick the place clean and brew a potion to get rid of any "party fatigue". Only trouble is, that silly Ron Weasley would probably be over all the time and I'd have to tell them to take it to their room.

    Aboard the Enterprise.

    or

In Quahog with the Griffins - Family Guy.
