What to watch? The Hobbit or Life of PI?

Right now if I was at a theater that was only showing those two movies I would probably choose Life of Pi. Depends what mood your in though, because both movies obviously look very good.

The Hobbit - dwarves, a few wizards and a hobbit on an journey with trolls, orcs and a short assembly with elves... Lifetime of Pi - boy on a boat with a tiger... I know which one i'd opt for lol

Hm, this is tough. I saw both and Life of Pi actually was the better film.

However, as a big LOTR fan, I wouldn't be able to forgive myself for not seeing The Hobbit. So.. that's the one I would personally choose.

Yeah I read Life of Pi, but didnt read the LOTR books. I didnt see Life of Pi in theaters, but saw the Hobbit.......and tis was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Best movie of the year, hands down. Great storytelling, love the soundtrack, the actors were great, special effects were great, reviews were mixed about the movie and complained that it was too long, but I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF THE MOVIE! It was awesome. Also, be prepared to fall in love with Thorin! He was soooo HOT and yummy, his eyes pierced right through my soul. What a great character! I cant wait for sequels 1&2 =P.

The Hobbit

"The Hobbit" sounds a lot better than "Life of Pie". I saw a 1930's "Les Miserables" that was good. I think I prefer it to a film with a boy and a tiger on a boat.

I'm really excited for Les Mis too! But I would go with the Hobbit any day, I saw it yesterday and it is honestly one of the best films I've seen in my life. Hobbit on!

THE HOBBIT for sure! It's the best movie since LOTR!

The Hobbit, its went straight to number one so it should be AMAZING!!
