How many calories are in this salad?
10 medium slices of cucumer, mixed salad leaves from a packet so like rocket lettuce etc like probably about 20 large leaves, 1 avocado, 1 spring onion, 1 table spoon of white wine vinegar, 1 tea spoon of olive oil. Roughly this would fill up a plate of salad. (could you possibly tell me how many calories are in each ingredient)

Cucumber: less than 5 calories
Salad leaves: about 15-20 calories
Avocado: 220-300 calories depending on the size
1 Spring onion: practically nothing
White wine vinegar: 2 calories
Olive oil: 80-100 calories
Total: around 350-400

Probably about 500-550 considering in just 1 avocado that weighs approx 200 g there are some 320 calories, and a teaspoon of olive oil is 60-100 calories.

** You should try drinking 8 to 16 ounces of water before each meal, this will fill you up and you will eat less, resulting in less calories at every meal. Weight loss pills are not very safe, at least water is safe. I know it may be hard at first to drink water, but you can add more and more everyday until it becomes easier, ( you will get used to it. I lost 50 pounds in three years and kept them off , I also walk for 30 minutes at least 5 times a week. Patience is needed,, if you want quick, this is not it, better to lose slowly than too fast (not healthy for your body) Well good luck too you, hope this helps.
P.S. I also think that the younger you are the faster you will lose weight, 50 years and up will take longer.

you should get an app called myfitnesspal, it counts calories and you can enter in recipes and it tells you how many calories your eating
when you download it and create a profile if you do, go to more in the bottom right, then edit foods & exercises, my recipes, touch the plus sign in the top right hand corner and search everything in your salad and enter it in.
