i would like to loose weight. I realize there may be endless ways to loose weight.?

I do not drink and i do not smoke i just feel it would be great if i could loose about 60 or 70 Lbs. Because of my work schedule i feel i have dinner later about 8:00pm. I feel i would like to get outside and walk and make a habit of walking more. I feel joining any Exercise Club is not what i want to do but just start on my own with better routines. Any Experiences or Advice. Thanks. The Beatles

    There are a lot of factors you have to consider when trying to lose weight. For example: how much you weigh, if you have an health problems, etc. If you've been trying to lose weight and haven't try to assess your situation. Are you drinking enough water? getting enough sleep and eating properly? What are some possible explanations you are not losing weight? Do you really want to lose (or need to lose) that much weight?

    Another thing is to consider your target areas and how you plan on approaching them. When exercising you dont want to focus on just losing weight, but toning your body at the same time. Fast weight loss, with no toning exercises= excess skin. Try to find things that you find interesting and keep an open mind to new forms of exercise. Try and switch up your daily routines because your body adjusts to an unchanging routine. DRINK ENOUGH WATER! i see this a lot. people think they are consuming enough water when its not nearly a decent amount. If you like walking, start small and then work your way up to larger inclines and possibly jogging/running. Of course, watching what you consume is a big factor but not necessarily dieting. Try and be kind to your body when going through all this, but give give yourself nudges to move forward. there are many sites that help you find what you need and want in a workout as well :)

    Im five pounds over weight so I just eat fruits, crackers, (low sodium) and soups. Sweets are okay once in a while. Eating out it a no go. Walking around alot helps. Doing 30 minutes of at home exersise can make a difference. If you crave ice cream or stuff like that just eat fruit. Not too much though. Salad with no ranch can help.

    Oh my god, weight watchers! It doesn't usually appeal to people because it requires membership, but it is so easy and it refocuses your eating habits for life! Exercise will probably come naturally after you feel healthier, and it's easier to start on e you have the diet down

    BODY TRIM! i lost 24 kg on body trim and you NEVER feel hungry and you can still enjoy a treat once a week.... this is how you do it. phase 1: 3 days of protein only, you can eat up to every hour, a 100g portion of meat, eggs, chickpeas, anything high in protein and low in carbs and sugar. this phase keeps your cravings off and makes you feel satisfied and protein has a thermogenic fat burning effect on the body. phase 2: breakfast: 1 serve of low sugar carb+100g of protein and as many veges as you like. snack: 100g of protein. lunch: 100g of protein+as many veges as you wish. snack: 100g of protein. dinner: 100g of protein+as many veges as you wish. snack: 100g of protein. 10,000 steps a day, 2-3 litres of continuous water sipping a day, 1 off day a week to have your desired treat. phase 3: (this is after you've lost the weight) breakfast: 2 serves of carbs or fruit+1-2 serves of protein and as many veges as deired. snack: 100g of protein. lunch: same pattern as breakfast. snack: 100g of protein. dinner: 100g of protein+as many veges as desired. snack: 100g of protein. dont eat past 3 hours, as your body will frrak out and store fat as energy instead of burning fat. hope this helped, goodluck :)
