Do I have an eating/ excersising disorder!?

I am 13 and my bmi is 19.1 bit I am very sling do lots of excersise and don't like to eat. Resently I have really hurt my knee and been very ill and Anemic yet despite this I feel I have to go to the gym at least 4 times a week for an hour. Swim, horse ride and go to karate for an hour a week each. Jog for st least halfe an hour a week and walk at least three miles a day ontop of 3 hours pe a day. I also have to do abdominal excersises like leg raises a day and press ups.

In an average day. All I will have is a blow of minibicks (cereal) a cucumber sandwich on granerry bread and something like chicken new potato toes and bro okie and if I have done all of my excersises a small treat of raspberry yogurt. Even the I feel very guilty and am tempted to make myself sick.

If I do. Advise on how to recover would be great.

    Well you are doing a lot of exercise and you're depriving yourself of energy by not eating. You got to talk to a professional because this could certainly get out of hang. Doing all this exercise is fine but the thing is because you do more exercise, you should be eating even more.
