Can I add coconut cream to melted chocolate?

Update:

When you add water it ruins the chocolate, but I added peanut butter and that was fine. It's to make shaped chocolates.

Yes you can add coconut cream.

It is not necessarily the liquid that ruins the chocolate but the quantity and when it is added. It is important when using chocolate that you follow the directions in the recipe for quantity and time to add ingredients.

You can, but I can't tell you if your recipe will turn out OK since I have no idea what you are trying to bake or cook. If you making some kind of sauce for cake or ice cream, it should be quite good. If your substituting coconut cream for heavy cream for baking or for any savory dish, it won't work. Coconut cream has sugar in it and absolutely no milk fat and cream has no sugar and at least 36% milk fat. Double Cream which you will find in the UK has 48% milk fat.
