Hello. This isn't really a case of gynecomastia. You're basically going through puberty and with that come various changes. One of those changes (happens usually 13-18 years old) is increase of pectoral volume. It starts with an accumulation of breast tissue under the nipples ( mistaking it with gynecomastia) , then the nipples get soft , and once passed puberty , your breast tissue will convert into muscle and your nipples will be sturdier.

    It's nothing to worry about!

At your age, if it's really Gynecomastia, then it may actually go away on its own. Doctors will usually take a wait and see approach with someone your age. If however, in a couple years, if it hasn't gone away, they may look at other options. However, what those options are depends on what the underlying cause is. For instance, if it's a thyroid problem, you'd have to address that.

Again, though, usually at your age it'll go away within 6 months to 2 years as your hormone levels become more balanced. I wish I could give you more advice. You can talk to your doctor, but I've never heard of any exercises that can actually help with the condition.
