How many Bibles have been translated by Trinitarian scholars?
What is to be expected if the majority by far of Bibles have been translated by Trinitarians or FOR Trinity sympathizers?
Why cannot MOST people realize that the vast majority of Bibles have been influenced by the beliefs of their translating committees as regards Trinity, Immortality of the Soul, the Hebrew sheohl and the Greek haides being corrupted by the Hellenized "hell" concepts?
@ Mr E. Be careful it was never stated by me that the soul is immortal, the Bible clearly states that the soul/ life that sins will cease/ die as at Ezekiel 18:4.
@ Cuddlz24, you are mistaken. Erasmus himself made copious foot notes re errors he himself acknowledged e.g., 1 John 5:7, and the haste to complete the Textus Receptus led to varied and multiple errors, many had to do with the typeset etc.
Compare 1 John 5:7, 8; Revelation 1:11, and 1 Timothy 3:16 in as many different translations as possible.
Facts will show that the EARLIEST available manuscript copies [MSS] do not contain these common errors.
The KJV was done by a committee of Trinitarians who were at loggerheads amongst themselves to begin with. It has its merits but we should ALL be AWARE of the MANY ERRORS.
@ Cuddlz24, amazing, some of us will believe nearly anything but the truth. Erasmus' decision to include the so-called Comma Johanneum IS but one of the many errors.
What happened as related was that Erasmus was pressured to include the Comma, but stated that only if he is presented with a Greek text which contained this addition.
Eventually the priest presented this counterfeit which Erasmus reluctantly included with copious footnotes stating his serious suspicions of said 'Greek' text.
Today, serious scholars accept the comma and the other additions as being restricted to a handful of late MSS compared to the 5300 MSS available excluding these additions.
The EARLIEST MSS and the Sahidic Coptic texts also render John 1:1c as the Word was godlike.

Check out cuddlez quote from the King James translation of the Bible. Why is LORD in all capital. It's like the translater knows Jehovah or Yahweh should be there but they still refuse to put it there. Case and point.

I challenge you to post even a single verse from any translation of the bible which says the soul is immortal.
@ Truthseeker, you are the one who made the claim that the belief in an immortal soul was due the "influence" of Trinitarian translators. I was simply pointing out that these so-called "Trinitarian translations" do not have a single verse in them which says the soul of man is immortal.

To show all this "corruption", you'd have to point out the differences between the manuscripts and the translations. Just saying so doesn't really mean much.

Hellenized...you're funny. If you would read a book or two, you might realize that the most "Hellenized" texts actually come out of that seat of Platonic enlightenment, of cosmic humanism and the exaltation of philosophical man, Alexandria. All modern perversions of the Bible in English come through the texts preserved by the Roman Catholic church. These have their origins in Alexandria..specifically the Codices Vaticanus and Sinaiticus. The King James Version is the only english version that I know of that is translated from the received or traditional texts. Why are they called such? Because they are based on the TRADITIONAL autographs as RECEIVED from the apostles themselves. These have survived through history despite unbelievable, yeah, satanic persecution of the Roman Catholic Church and others driven to destroy and obliterate the truth so that man might have power and control of man.
The traditional texts come to us from Jerusalem via Antioch, where we were first called Christians (Acts 11:27). That is why there is Roman Catholicism and why there is Christianity. Because they are two different religions based on different texts. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to observe this. And by the way just because Roman Catholics didn't start teaching their "trinity" until 500 years after God's word was completed by John, doesn't mean that the teaching didn't exist. It survived in the small churches, in the laity, the common folk that held the truth to be precious. Only when this common folk, these so called "barbarians" as referred to by Rome, couldn't be swayed, did Rome adopt yet another foreign religions teachings, renamed it and made it their own. A good example of this is Rome's Catholicizing Britannia. The first Roman missionary arrived there in about 600AD only to find the "barbarian heathen" there to ALREADY be Christian with their traditional Bibles...having come from Jerusalem via Antioch, Northern Italy, Southern France to the British Isles.
Get edumacated and separate Roman Catholicism from Christianity because one is God's truth and the other is Satan's lie...
Psalm 12:6-7 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.
@truthseeker - Indeed Erasmus did in his first editions, but in revision, his fifth and final translation he corrected his omission and included it. (Forever Settled by Dr. Jack Moorman). Roman Catholics have indeed changed, omitted and added to God's Word but you either believe that God has kept his promise and preserved his word or you believe that he has lied and kept the truth hidden and therefore the possibility of salvation from mankind for thousands of years. That goes against what God has revealed of himself (2 Peter 3:9).
@Dwayne - the KJV is an english translation and therefore many of the names are anglicized. God knew that his Son would be called Jesus Christ in english. When you get hung up on things like you do, you end up missing the message of salvation which is the point of the entire Bible. (Matthew 23:24,37 -
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel..., O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!)

Then surely we should not trust any non-Trinitarian scholars to translate the Bible, either, for then it will be translated by non-Trinitarians for non-Trinitarians.
Or does it not work like that?
