Foot hurts after long walk?

I walked from my friends house to a park and back to my friends house, I'd say that's about 1.5 but I did walk around a lot before and after that. Since then, the arch of my foot has been hurting any time i stand up and walk and I have no clue what it is, I can't run, jump, just kills where ever I go so I have to limp.

Update:

1.5 to the park then back making it 2 miles, then walking around before we went to the park and after probably equaling 3 or 4 miles...

It may be plantar fasciitis, nothing dangerous don't worry.

Plantar fasciitis (say "PLAN-ter fash-ee-EYE-tus") is the most common cause of heel pain. The plantar fascia is the flat band of tissue (ligament) that connects your heel bone to your toes. It supports the arch of your foot. If you strain your plantar fascia, it gets weak, swollen, and irritated (inflamed). Then your heel or the bottom of your foot hurts when you stand or walk.

All you have to do is wear better more supportive shoes, different shoes each day, and not run and you'll feel better.

You need to go to the ER. Just have an x-ray to see if anything has been broken.
